The types of training Clare provides are broad but all have one thing in common: providing growth in the areas that people need in their jobs. Beyond this is how people can utilise these skills in their life. More than ever our work and home lives can be more intrinsically linked than ever. Clare works on a wide portfolio of training programmes, some are bespoke such as the Springboard Women’s Development Programme. For all organisational development work, Clare will design courses and programmes to suit the people and the organisation concerned to define how best to approach this dependent on aspects such as role, existing skills and abilities, resources etc. Clare is highly flexible and creative and enjoys working from a blank page with clients.
